We do not sell your data. We only share it with providers needed to deliver the service, who act as processors or as controllers in their own right:
ZentexNode team. To support you or fix a fault, members of our team may access your game server, VPS or hosting and view or change its files, settings and console, only as far as needed for that purpose. Each person can only access the services in their own area, is bound by a duty of confidentiality, and everything they do is logged. Your payments and billing details are only seen by ZentexNode's management.
Some of these providers may carry out international transfers of data (for example, outside the European Economic Area). In such cases, those providers apply appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses). We may also disclose data where there is a legal obligation to do so.
We keep your data for as long as you have an active contractual relationship with us and, once it ends, for the periods required by law (for example, for tax obligations or to deal with possible liabilities). When they are no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize them.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given. To do so, write to us at soporte@zentexnode.com stating which right you wish to exercise.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) through www.aepd.es.
Our website uses the browser's local storage (localStorage) and similar technologies in three categories:
When you arrive we show you a cookie notice where you can accept or reject. Until you accept—if you reject or don't answer—we don't load any analytics (neither our own nor Mixpanel) and only the necessary storage is used. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site data in your browser. We do not use these technologies for third-party advertising.
Regardless of the above, when you sign in we log the IP address of that access for account security and abuse prevention (legal basis: legitimate interest); this log is not analytics and does not depend on the cookie notice.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. Even so, no system is infallible: we recommend that you keep your login credentials secure.
We may update this Policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will always publish the current version on this page, showing the date it was last updated.
This Policy is a translation of the Spanish original. In case of doubt or discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
