Hosting with the first month FREE

Tick the box when you buy and your cPanel hosting is set up automatically. You pay nothing for the first month; from the second, from 1 €/month, on the card you use (we remind you 7 days before the first charge and you can cancel whenever you like: if you do it before, you pay nothing). When the website is ready, we leave it published there.

Without our hosting we deliver the website as a package to install on yours (with the requirements), and free security updates only come with our hosting.

Frequently asked questions

When do you start and when will I get it?
You can always buy: before paying you see your estimated start and delivery dates, and you will have them afterwards in your email and in your customer area. Timelines are working days of our work from when we have all your material, not counting the time you take to reply, and they are the ones we meet 9 times out of 10. A person from our team reviews every version before we show it to you.
What is a “revision”?
A set of changes you send us at once about the preview (texts, colours, order of sections…). Fixing a mistake of ours does not count as a revision.
Who owns the website?
You do. Once it is paid and delivered, the design and code made for you are yours, and we never show it as an example anywhere. Third-party fonts, libraries and components keep their own licences.
Does it carry your credit?
Yes: a small “Website by ZentexNode” credit in the footer of every page, with a link to our website (no cookies or tracking), and a reference in the code that is not visible. If you prefer the footer credit not to appear, add the “No visible credit” extra (400 €); the reference in the code stays.
Can I cancel?
Yes, until we start designing: we refund 100 %. Because it is custom work made to your specifications, when you buy you ask us to start straight away and accept that, once started, there is no right of withdrawal or refund (you tick a box for this and we repeat it in your confirmation email). We email you the moment we start; from then on changes are made with your revisions. And if we fail to deliver it through our own fault, we refund the full amount.
Why no WordPress or templates?
Because that is what makes it yours: we build it from scratch for your business, with the design you want and no third-party plugins that expire or break. It is lighter, faster and looks like no other.
Which account does my store get paid with?
Yours: your Stripe account (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bizum) and your PayPal, plus bank transfer or cash on delivery if you like. You create and verify those accounts and enter your keys in your store's panel. The money from your sales goes straight to you, and card details are requested by Stripe on its own page: they never go through your website or through us.
Who keeps the store up to date?
While it is on our hosting, we apply the store's security updates at no cost. New changes (sections, features) are made with extra revisions or by quote.
Do I need hosting?
It is optional on all plans. If you add it, the first month is free and we leave the website published. If not, we deliver it for you to upload to your hosting (the store as a package with an installer and the requirements).
What is not included?
Domain, hosting (unless you add it), paid photos or videos, professional copywriting and translations, logo design, setting up your payment accounts, and new changes once delivered.
