How to Renew Your Service on ZentexNode

📅 When does my service expire?

Every service you contract on ZentexNode has a monthly expiry date. You can check it at any time:

• Type /my-services on Discord — the bot will show all your active services with their expiry date.
• On the web Dashboard you can also see them if you're logged in with Discord.

🔔 Will I get a warning before it expires?

Yes. You'll receive a direct message notification on Discord when your service is about to expire (usually a few days before). If you have direct messages disabled for bots, enable them so you don't miss the alerts: Discord Settings → Privacy → Allow messages from server members.

💳 1. Open a Renewal ticket

On our Discord server, click the support button and select the 🔄 Renew Service category. The bot will automatically find your active services and show you the ones available to renew.

📋 2. Select the service to renew

Choose the service you want to renew from the dropdown menu. The bot will show you the renewal price (equal to the monthly price contracted) and the payment instructions.

💰 3. Make the payment

The payment method is PayPal. Send the exact amount to:

Write your Discord username and the service name in the payment note (e.g. "Minecraft Server Renewal - Username"). This helps us identify your payment faster.

✅ 4. Confirm the payment in the ticket

Once the payment is made, send a screenshot of the receipt in the ticket. An administrator will verify the payment and renew your service manually. The server reactivates within minutes of confirmation.

❓ What if I forget to renew?

If your service expires without renewing, the server is suspended (paused, not deleted). The data remains saved during a grace period. If you renew within that period, the server reactivates with all your data intact. If you exceed the grace period without renewing, the server may be permanently deleted. Always renew before the expiry date to avoid any loss.
