What your Satisfactory server looks like at ZentexNode

What you can do with your Satisfactory server

This is the game's official dedicated server, so the factory keeps running even when nobody is connected. Each player joins when it suits them and finds that production has moved on in the meantime.

You manage it from a control panel in your browser, with a live console, file manager, SFTP access, backups and scheduled tasks. Sub-users let you give your co-op partners access with the permissions you choose. Anti-DDoS protection is included.

Which plan to choose

Plans differ by RAM, and for Satisfactory the guideline is 4 to 8 GB. The game is designed around four-player co-op; more people can join, but that is what the game itself recommends. A few things to keep in mind:

  • Large end-game factories use more memory.
  • As your save grows, it is worth moving up a plan. You do it from the client area, without losing your data.
  • Every plan includes 10 GB of NVMe storage per GB of RAM, 5 ports and as many stored backups as it has GB of RAM.
  • Billing is monthly with no contract.

How to get started

Choose a plan and complete the payment. Activation is automatic: the server is created for you and your login details arrive by email. Use them to sign in to the panel, then connect from the game with your server address.

If you would rather receive it ready to play, you can add Assisted setup, an optional one-off paid service in which a technician configures the server for you. It can be added when you order or later from the client area. For anything else, support is handled through tickets on Discord.

Updates and game version

Satisfactory requires the client and the server to be on the same version. The server updates when it restarts, so when the game gets a patch and your group installs it, restarting the server is all it takes to get everyone matching again.

If you would rather not keep an eye on it, use scheduled tasks to set up an automatic restart at a time when nobody is playing.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Satisfactory hosting

The most common questions before setting up your Satisfactory server.

Is it available 24/7?
Yes, it's a dedicated server always on; your factories keep producing even when you're offline.
How many players does it support?
Satisfactory works well up to 4 players co-op; we recommend 4-8 GB of RAM.
Can I carry on with the save I already have?
Yes. You can upload your own save file through the panel's file manager or over SFTP and keep building the same factory.
Are backups of my factory kept?
The panel lets you create backups and automate them with scheduled tasks. Each plan keeps as many backups as it has GB of RAM.
What if the server runs short of memory as the factory grows?
Move to a plan with more RAM from the client area. The change does not wipe anything: you keep your data.
Can the server have its own address?
Yes. As optional extras you can add your own subdomain (your-name.zentexnode.com) and a dedicated IP.
Where are the servers and what latency do they have?
Our servers are in Spain, with 10 Gbps fibre: the lowest possible latency for players across Iberia and Europe.
Does it include Anti-DDoS and a no-commitment trial?
Yes, every plan includes Anti-DDoS Pro and there is no contract: you can cancel whenever you want.
